1. How long for shipment?

Order Price ＞＝$20.00< =$49.98, shipping fee $5.99, shipping time: 5-10 working days,5 to 10 days for product production and shipment
Order Price over $49.99, Free shipping, shipping time: 5-10 working days,5 to 10 days for product production and shipment
Expedited Shipping: $15.99 for each order, shipping time: 4-7 working days,3 to 7 days for product production and shipment
Shipping method can be selected at Checkout.
Note:
1): Taxes (If charged) should be afforded by the customer.
2): The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries(especially shipping addresses outside NA or EU), bad weather, and international couriers.

2. Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number to monitor the order status. After we send out the package, you can get a tracking number and you can check the tracking information on this site: CLICK HERE
3. shipping tips:
1) To deliver successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during the checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by a blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even including the apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be taken by Personalgiftspro.
4) Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
