Most of our products are made to order based on the customization details provided by the customer. For this reason, customized items generally cannot be returned or refunded due to personal reasons once production has started.

2. Order Changes
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to help you update your customization details or shipping information.
Once production has started, we may no longer be able to make changes.
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you may be eligible to file a claim through the Seel Resolution Center according to the coverage terms provided at checkout.
If you did not purchase shipping protection, please contact us at service@ballsgamegift.com within 60 days of the order date if you believe your package is lost, damaged, or stolen.
