Many weeks after I ordered a Bryant-Denny blanket, I received an Austen Stadium blanket instead. When I reached out to support they responded quickly, but they wanted me to pay shipping for a replacement. I told them the wrong item was shipped on their behalf. They responded back by saying they would ship a replacement, but now I will be waiting many weeks for the new one to arrive.
I have yet to receive the blanket, it is at the shipping point or whatever. My credit card has been charged but no blanket. It better show up soon.
